Private by Design

We only collect necessary occupancy data with no personally identifiable information (PII) stored. Device MAC addresses are anonymized using one-way hashes with client-specific salts, ensuring original addresses are discarded and cross-location tracking is prevented.

Data Aggregation

Data is available only in aggregate form, with individual behavioral patterns obfuscated and anonymized to protect identities. Our practices comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring personal data safety, preventing identity interference and minimizing breach risks.

Data processing occurs in a secure, virtual private cloud. Regular security assessments and industry-standard tools maintain top-level protection. Certified to SOC2 and ISO27001 standards, we undergo independent audits to verify our security practices.
